I am joining this group for PCOS

I have suffered from infertility 4.5 years due to polycystic ovarian syndrome PCOS...and my hormones are out of wack. I also suffer from insulin resistance which I already due a low glycemic diet. I have decided to try Dr. Sears method of saturating your body with Omega 3. I feel this could be my solution. My ovulation is weak but my cycles are normal. I may just need that extra boost.

Any success stories? i will be reading the book "The Omega Rx Zone" Dr Barry Sears. I think PCOS is one of the conditions he refers can be cured by high dose fish oil.
