We used a top line model(Dolphin) with complete stainless steel workings, a steel holding tank, and a charcoal post filter to remove the 'stale' taste. The model size was capable of generating 28 liters/day. We kept the inline filter clean and our local water is pretty clean for a small area and the heating tank was cleaned only with vinegar and water.
