Oh I LOVE Whole Foods! :) Don't have many near me tho, have to make do with Mother's Market, Trader Joe's and Bristol Farms for the most part. :)

ARgh, don't do McDonalds, if you need a hamburger, either make it yourself from high grade beef from a butchers, OR go to Wendy's. Consumer reports gives them the highest rating for beef quality and cleanliness, and their shake thingie is the best. ;)
