This subject brings to mind what is happening in one of the Russian ministries I have heard about. The evangelist does not preach or demand a certain style of dress, although he does advocate it. He has observed that probably within 6 months or so after conversion and baptism, the new Christians have slowly changed their outward appearances, including dress, from a more worldly one to a less worldly one. They are becoming more modest. This is an example of the Holy Spirit working in their lives to convict them. I think this is just amazing.

The evangelist's method of letting the Holy Spirit do the work in these Russian believers is sort of opposite to what most of the US pastors are doing and preaching. These US pastors are demanding cessation of habits, such as smoking and other changes in lifestyle before baptism.

I have heard that this particular denomination is growing exponentially around the world, but is experiencing very little growth here in the US.
