I am on day 22 and still no MP. However, I am passing quite a bit of old waste along with my fresh waste - so I know the shakes are working to help clean out this old, impacted waste. Hopefully, once all this has come loose, I will finally see MP.

Some tell of passing MP within 10 days, but I know I am NOT one of those lucky ones. I plan to stay with it until the MP is passed.
