Why Complicated, "Newsy" Cleanses?

I just finished a wonderful 2 week Bowel Cleanse that worked beautifully with no cramping or diarrhea. I simply purchases
Enzymatic Therapy's Cleansing System, used half of what it indicated and it was terrific.
How do I feel? The same. Just fine.
