Forget about Threelac, you've done all the candida-killing you need to do to get back to health. Candida-killing is only 10% of the cure!!! I didn't use ANY candida killing stuff and I cured myself.

Since you have elevated liver enzymes, you really must schedule some liver flushes- all the info can be found here. It is also crucial to recovering from candida. You need to be producing more bile and fully digest your foods to stop candida in its tracks. You also need Lecithin and an herbal compound to support the liver. I like Bupluerum Liver Cleanse by Planetary Formulas, available all over.

You did nto mention doing any colon cleansing. Have you neglected this? That is where the candida live most, and if it is full of partially digested foods adn mucus then your candida have a whole apartment building in which to thrive. Schedule a series of colonics and read up on bowel cleansing here. That is the major cure for candida, besides diet and strengthening digestion.

Are you supplementing with probiotics (acidpholis etc.) at all? That is the other crucial part of the cure. It is the friendly flora that keep candida in check. It is when they get killed by Antibiotics that candida gets out of control. The best probiotic is PRimal Defense. You need mega-dosages for three months.

The anti-candida diet allows alternative whole grains and protein that should really help you maintain proper blood glucose levels. You can use brown rice syrup as a sweetener, the candida don't like it so much. It has a low glycemic effect too.

Also good thing to do for diabetics is to take "PEfect Food" by the same makers as Primal Defense. (They have an anti-yeast product too that has caprylic acid, grapeseed, etc.) Perfect Food is recommended by the Diabetics Association.

Digestive enzymes are also good for candida people.
