I mean c'mon:

Injecting plasma DNA? A centrifuge? Resuspend in electroporation solution? Freeze in an ethanol-dry ice bath? Thaw cells on ice? Add 1 ml ice-cold outgrowth medium and incubate for 3 h at 37 °C? Plate aliquots onto selective agar plates; incubate 2-3 days at 37 °C?

Do all that and you'll get "Transformation efficiency up to 1 x 10"

When I used to french kiss my ex (who had prestine breath even in the morning), shouldn't that have delivered many good bacteria into my mouth? Instead of buying Streptococcus products, I could just kiss my girlfriend several times a day and cure myself of bad breath! Not only will I get a load of Streptococcus Salivarius P-type 777 but also a load of other bacteria and l Antibiotics ! For some reason it just didn't work back then.
