Check out the link below...the Apple Fast is supposed to get rid of ALL the nicotine in your system.

I'm sure the Master-Cleanse (like Ocean said) does the same thing....but after you're done that you may want to do a 3Day Apple Fast -when you're ready- just to do some supaCleansing on the nicotine level.

Yes..I do believe that the 'atmosphere' habit (mental) is bigger than the physical habit of smoking. Good for you for changing to wine! (better for you, too)
