First 3 tests with PADS

Here are my first few tests with PADS...

After taking a detoxifying hydrogen peroxide bath, I put on the Body Pure Detox pads last night for the first time. This morning it was taken off.

It's coffee colored. And it has with the odor of smoked salt or bar-b-que sauce!

I haven't had bar-b-que sauce in about a year and a half. And smoked salt, not since I was...oh well, maybe it's been 30 years! Is it just an odd mimic of that odor or is it actually toxins from those days?

In the meantime, for an experiment, I've just put one on over the liver for the day.

LATER same day: I checked the pad over the liver in the evening and found it to have a dark band all along on the outside edges. I was whitish in the center. I don't know if I should have left it on longer or what.

I must say that I've had a lot of energy all day. Definitely, more so than usual. Am uncertain if it's due to the pads or not at this point.

It only occurred to me after I wrote what I did above about the smoked salt smell that I've never sniffed the pad BEFORE putting it on. Must make a note to myself to do that!

Tuesday...

Last night I put on two pads on the same foot. One to line the base of the toes. I used cotton and medical tape to make sure that it stayed flush against the skin.

The second was placed partly on the ball of the foot and partly in what I think is called the instep of the foot (is the bottom or the top of the foot called that, I don't know).

Had a great deal of trouble sleeping during the night, kind of like being on caffeine.

When I took the pads off at 4AM, the one that I assume was on the reflexology points for the head (the base of the toes) was so dark that there wasn't any room for more color on it! I have problems in the head area so this was significant to me.

The lower pad had a white area in the center but otherwise was nearly equally dark.


This afternoon I put another one on the base of the toes to wear during the day (just like the one that I wore last night). Only this time I had it hidden under a shoe so my mainstream Dr. husband of 35 years can't see what I'm doing. I don't feel like having to explain this! Ha ha! Better to wait until I'm well some day THEN tell him how I got there. (^_^)


Oh, by the way, I finally sniffed an unused pad. It has an herbal smell that's gone when used. It also has the smoked scent there too but it's very muted compared to the used pad. Karen
