You sound exactly like me! (panic/anxiety/stewing over things! etc.etc.) I thought of getting the CD's on E-bay (used is cheaper), but I realize I should buy them from the source in order to get support (help using them in case I run into any issues-I may have some bad memories to mine...)

I don't know if I will do this or not, I just bought some liver herbs and tea to help my candida/liver/allergies. Cannot overreach on the $!

PS- Do you think buying it on E-bay is a bad idea? (either the Awakened Minds CD or the HS?) Am I right that should not "go it alone"?
