lump

i had a lump on one of my breasts many years ago..

i decided i would rather know than not know even tho it was a scary thing.

i was greatly relieved to discover it was simply a *bruise type*
water lump form having been hit in that area,
and would go away gradually over time on its own / which it did.

the fact is most lumps are benign..

but it is a matter of peace of mind to at least know that you
have taken steps to be aware..

otherwise you will just worry yourself often needlessly,
.. i myself chose to goto a free/ lowered rate womens health clinic at the time since i have no health ins.
