I think being on birth control medication is dangerous. Have you considered other alternatives?
Going on a Water Fast for a short p[period of time is fine for most people, however, long term fasts need to be carefully designed, so as to not deplete the body (as would be the case when drinking excessive quantities of water and nothing else)
