Downfall, the same thing happened to me!!

I use coconut oil every morning and night after washing my face.

I was getting whiteheads on the chin and near the mouth area on each side of the mouth- about 6-7 of them .

I was almost going to stop using the coconut oil- but I read that the blemish are actually a good sign that it is drawing out the toxins and bacterias dormant in the skin tissues in that area. It's a detox symptom that eventually goes away.

Drink lots of liquids- and herbal teas- stay away from any toxic drink or sodas.

Stay away from any toxic cosmetic with sythetic chemical additives.

I broke all my whiteheads and mopped up the area with witch hazel. Then I dabbed on hydrogen peroxide on all the spots- and they scabbed up and healed.

Now I have slight red marks there that the coconut oil is making go away fast- and no more whiteheads at all - and I'm still using the coconut oil faithfully regardless!

I just got a compliement at work today that my skin is unusually soft. The girl wanted to know what I was doing different. I told her about the coconut oil!

Good luck!
