day three throwing up

i went to sleep at 10 on my second night, and woke up at 1:30 shaking, fever, throwing up.. this lasted untill 3:30 or so. this morning i feel alot better, no fever, shaking, or vomiting. but i still feel pretty weak. i have been drinking water, juicing lemons, grapefruits, celery, salad, carrots. iv had some molasses and maple surup aswell in some drinks. is the throwing up allright??
