Oh my god, this is awesome! A whole bunch of us started today (4/26/06). It's going okay for me today, but it starts to get tough for me around 7pm on day 1. When do you guys tend to feel like you lose your appetite and it gets easier? Has anyone done this before? How much weight did you lose ( if you want to share). So pumped to have some motivaters!
