oh. yeh...you could totally do that. its like a longer term plan. and i notice in myself..as fast as you lose it you can gain it right back if you dont change eating habits.
i think that would be an excellent plan. it will will be easier/safer too even if the whole weight loss thing was thrown out the window. it seems like it takes a month for my intestines to totally return to normal movement. but The Master Cleanse seemed to keep the weight off more so than the Water Fasting i had done.
i dont know how juicing and low carb would work with each other though?
