What seems to have worked for me... (herpes success story)

Just wanted to share with all how effective this treatment for herpes was for me... I was having serious outbreaks about every 30-60 days. I began taking about 1000mg lysine and 2000mg vit c (and I wore a zapper for about 2 weeks straight!), and I haven't had any outbreaks in about 2-3 months!! WOO-HOO!!

Before, I was in a vicious cycle of herpes outbreak -> period -> yeast infection. No fun. Now I am still having some issues with yeast (anybody recommend a good candida cleanse?), but the herpes seems to be at bay!
