how is everyone doing?
i am doing great.i been no carbing it for the last month as well as upping my protein and fat intake dramaticly.there is still a balance that i am trying to achieve between eating enough at night and having enough sleep.i seem to not want to sleep for some reason, i am temped to do what i used to..drive to neighboring cities..for the heck of it..then driving allll the way back..because i can't sleep.
for a while i ate only really lightly..like a steak and salad and thats it.recently i have been incorperating smaller meals just to see if my inner rythm reacts to it any differently.Its weird because everytime i eat now i am in a habit of wanting to go to sleep or lay down. i may go back into the whole once at night thing,but with maybe boxing training everyday- i might have to eat a small meal before i go, or gorge myself at night when i get back.that plus work and school possibly..i could just fast but then i'd be such a manic wreck. actually... scrap that, i will do the WD throughout boxing ,school and work.i have done it for soo long,why should i doubt it? i don't..
