im going to do a fast and drink only water for awhile. this seems to be the only way i can think of becuase i tried changing my diet but it seems like there is always 1 or 2 things your eating that turn out to be bad for you no matter what. If anyone wants to do a fast together im thinking about started on tuesday till maybe friday-3 days.also the lips are an organ. maybe that correlates with what your saying
