Opinion vs fact

This is not the debate forum, so I dont want to belabor the topic,however. Conjecture is just that and imperical evidence is another thing. Do an independant study of the difference between the glucose, sucrose, lactose ect molecules. Find out the ins and outs of the bodies use of glucose to create ATP ect. One predicament of forums like these is they can become addictive to those who are looking to be given info vs really groking it themselves. It's commonly called organised ignorance.
