Grinding teeth is a sure sign of parasites. I had read this, but didn't know if it was true or not, until I experienced it myself. It was last year right around this time. The parasites' movement was really awful for me, and I found myself grinding my teeth while sleeping (or trying to) for the first time in my life. Thankfully it lasted for a short while.
