Yes, I take several supplements, foods, and
juices that are intended specifically to keep my prostate gland healthy.

I eat several ounces of pumpkin seeds every
day. They're good for my prostate, as well
as other organs in my body.

I also drink about a shotglassful of pure
cranberry juice, first thing in the morning.
I add the same amount of pure pomegranate juice to the cranberry, and drink it down.
Cranberry juice is very effective at clearing
(and preventing) bladder problems. Pomegranate
juice is a true healing liquid. A small amount
of both juices each day seems to work well for

I currently take two supplements specifically
for my prostate gland. In the morning, I take
