Re: craving kefir and yogurt

The acidophilus and other good bacteria elements are the beneficial elements of yogurt. The dairy elements can be counter productive. Acidophilus in supplement form can be a better alternative. Increasing the good bacteria flora counters the increased levels of yeast mold fungi, in order to bring them back into balance. Molds are non-chlorophyll in nature. Chlorophyll makes things like plants and people grow. This is contrary to the objective of mold. The job in nature for mold is to decompose(compost piles), degenerate and break down all biological material to their basic elements, and recycle them back to Mother Nature from whence they came. So, saturating your tissues and organs with chlorophyll or chlorophyllin creates a hostile environment for mold. They don't like it and leave for the most part. The body has difficulty ridding them from the mucous membranes. The chlorophyllin helps a lot with this. It forms a mucous gel around them and help them out of the body. A lot of research was done on it at Oregon State University. See http://oregonstate.edu/dept/ncs/newsarch/2001/Nov01/liver.htm and also see 'Cancer and Chlorophyllin' http://extension.oregonstate.edu/oap/story.php?S_No=8&storyType=oap&page=1 I take 100 mg of chlorophyllin 3 time a day. This is the dosage given to the chinese population studied in the John Hopkins/Oregon State University Project. It reduced their liver cancer by 50%. It reduces absorption of toxins by 50%. Good in many ways.
