ok, i spoke to the dentist. if the tooth had never bothered you, it would be ok to leave it. calified means the nerves are dead. since that tooth has bothered you, it means that it most likely has an abcess, and if it doesn't, it most likely will. abcesses can be small and sometimes do not show up on x-rays. they can also be hidden by teeth roots and such. also, abcesses can flare up and then calm down, as you described. but, if you have one, however small, it will flare back up and it can get big and cause you a lot of pain if you choose to wait. my best advice is to let them pull it. i still recommend a biologic dentist, as they will clean the cavitation properly. like i said, baby teeth don't have as deep of roots, so it won't be a big cavitation to clean; still, it is better to get a dentist who has a certificate in NICO, rather than just an ordinary dentist. if you need help in locating a dentist, let me know and i will send you a list of sites for you to search for one.
