oestrogen sources

Hi all, I was diagnosed with fibroids a year ago and have tried several things. Currently I'm taking herbs. I'd like to try the Vitalzym but I live in Australia and don't know anyone who imports it. My question is does anyone know what food sources of oestrogen might be?

I reckon diet is a huge part of this and I'm not sure if I'm managing my oestrogen levels or not. I've cut out all soy products, I have lactose free yoghurt (still dairy, lactose broken down), eat heaps of fish, have good iron levels (after a battle), eat heaps of veges, etc but I've done so much research my head is spinning with info going round and round. I haven't been able to find specific information on food sources of oestrogen. Can anyone help me?

For what it's worth, I highly recommend listening to a conference call by Dr Wong at the following website. http://www.energeticnutrition.com/vitalzym/dr-wong.html
He seems to know his stuff and if I lived in the states I'd definitely be a client of his. Those who do want to listen to the conference will need to copy it to CD first and it takes about 2 hours, but I was so pumped with info after listening to it, he's like a motivational speaker for people with fibroids, although he does treat other things too.

Anyway, I'm rabbiting on here. Any feedback would be fabulous, these forums are fantastic support networks. Samster
