It probably isn't die off. When you ingest sugar, you are feeding the candida and causing the population to multiply. More candida in your gut equals more toxic candida metabolic byproducts coursing through your body.

No sugar, no potato, no bread, and no sauces thickened with flour. When in doubt don't eat it. Restaurants tend to load up their food with salt, fat, and sugar. You will never beat candida until you can control your diet. Vitually every candida treatment has a low carb diet as its' foundation.
