I don't do well on the Master Cleanse, personally. I do better on just a raw fruit and vegetable juice fast for 10 days or so....then begin to introduce some raw apple first, and then raw foods OR vegan soups, etc.
I like drinking lemon juice each morning but not with maple syrup. The maple syrup is not good for me.
