Edgar Casey's take on diversions or bent energy

Greetings from the Hill of Light,

Life has a magnificent way of revealing hidden truths from time to time as we encounter the magic of the creative experience we are blessed to be immersed in. We face of potentially sense lessons to be learned often in unexpected avenues of experience. There are no straight lines in the pathway of life. We move along the pathway only to be diverted into a side trail of emotional, physical or mental experience that has imbedded within it perhaps a challenge, a lesson to be learned. These momentary diversions can be seen as either stumbling blocks or stepping stones as Edgar Cayce once said.

Being faced with learning the lessons offered by the life experience implies that there is a reference point, a baseline of reality that is the ultimate objective of learning the many lessons we face. It is as though there is common foundation to all experience faced by all souls. This is also implied when we say ‘All is one, all is connected’. We have found that there is a depth of foundation and reality in the simple but profound mantra, ‘I AM the Love, the Light and the Life of creation’. Perhaps we are learning to be the full embodiment of that statement. That’s what this weeks Lesson from the Soul is about.
