The scariest episode was when my reflexoligist suggested me taking Calm (magnesium citrate) to help with it.

Boy 2 minutes after taking it my heart was skipping like never for about an hour (very scary).

Learned my lesson and went to a naturopath who tested me via EAV and got the ratios adjusted.
He also gave me specific aminoacids for hormonal support (specially 5HTP)
