i read what you have written in your post, you mention that you are Insulin Resistant, and that you are also losing weight. I would really appreciate it if i could get some help from you. I myself am Insulin Resistant and also have PCOS. I have been trying to lose weight but have had no luck. I would really appreciate it if there is a special sort of diet that you are doing? Or something that you are doing that is making you lose weight/inches and is making your jeans fall off. I am desperate to lose weight but am not losing any. I am very dishearted and discouraged. Please help me........
