Highlighting the risks IS support...

I feel it is supportive to be told of the potential risks involved with someone considering such a procedure. If I was in the same situation, I'd rather be given the facts than duped into believing it was a risk free operation and ending up with complications and negative affects to my health as a result, purely because people felt they had to 'support' my choice and avoid upsetting me by saying otherwise.

Just my thoughts anyway :)
