Best wishes with your fast! I've done anywhere from 1-10 day Water Fasts and 6 day juice fasts and definitely stand by them. One thing, please don't use Siddharta's fasting as an impetus for your own. What he learned from fasting was that depriving yourself of something necessary in some degree for life was not the way to go but that partaking of it in moderation was. Thanks!
