I been trying to stick to an all fruit diet.(3 weeks now) it's yummy and I feel great but I'm losing too much weight! at 5'5" I weigh 124. I don't want to lose anymore. my cheeks are starting to look sucked in and family and friends are letting me know that they are concerned. GRRRRRRR so annoying...I eat till i'm full. they won't be happy till I eat steak and potatoes with a milk shake to wash it down. I just want to be happy and healthy... I wouldn't mind looking it also. I was thinking about adding a 1/4 cup of olive oil to some juiced fruit in the mornings and eating avocados everyday. should I eat the avocados alone or is it ok to combine with other fruits. any ideas or suggestions are most welcome. thanks =o)
