If it helps at all, it is fear of leaving
your comfort zone which is your true challenge
right now. It always feel discomforting leaving
behind cherished behaviors. Even if they are
ones that we want to leave behind, often we
are so fearful of the unknown that we allow
ourselves to slip back into the old habits.

The Master Cleanse is an excellent way to meet
the emotional challenges that come with changing
our relationship with food and the situations
where we *use* it. Is it worth it?? YES~! Saying
YES to YOU is very empowering.

Like Roberta said, you CAN do this. Do not be so
hard on yourself and calmly gather up everything
you need to help insure your success. Read in the
archives in the blogs where others have gone before
and find answers to your questions, as well, much
motivation to take the next step. If you fall,
tell yourself you will get up again. One of the
posters on board right now failed 21 times before
they finally hung on. They are what I call a winner.
A winner is someone who does not quit. It took Edison
hundreds of times to perfect the light bulb. When
asked if he felt like a failure, he replied, no...
I just found 9 hundred some ways it would not work.

You will find your own way to healing. You have
many tools and much support and advice here.
