Pimple update(posted also in debate forum by mistake)

Hi folks,

I'd like just to tell you that my pimples are almost gone. I can say they were there no more than 1 month or so.I didn't take any salt though.
Currently increased to 5 drops lugol's/daily - plus painting

I have been taking vit C 2gr/daily
and Selenium 200mcg from today on

Wanted just to calm down any other who may come up with such acne-like symptoms.It's gonna fade away.
(I think it was some kind of virus,coz occasionally when I got any virus there was always a pimple like that emerging on my facial skin)
