Yes, both good and evil. God created all. All will return. Spirit in that case is you as spirit. Learn about you as spirit, which is neither you nor your body nor your thoughts. There are a great many out there who simply refuse to believe that we are created as spirit in God's image, (as Genesis teaches). Jesus also taught that God is spirit. We are each created in God's likeness. In your discovery of yourself as spirit, you will also find a very deep understanding, of many things. The following does not refer to breath:

Job 32:8 (KJV) But there is a spirit in man: and the inspiration of the Almighty giveth them understanding.
