with MG, i would absolutely be oil pulling. and alternating oils between walnut and almond and coconut. three pulls a day, minimum. its cheap and it cant hurt a thing. my bet is on improvement far above the cost to you in time and money.

also, i think i would be spritzing the face with homemade CS. that is really cheap and easy, and ooooo, sssoooooooo effective for killing pathogens of all types and promoting healing and tissue repair, right down to the repair of dna. sorry, no links handy. but i have read it and experimented for two years with CS. its a bloody miracle and no home should be without the ability to make some kind of minimum quality CS, even if it is only ever used externally. that is about the only way i use it now. maybe to brush my teeth once in a great while. that little sublingual dose i get brushing with it is enough to meet my TDA(trapper daily allowance). yes, i think most people are deficient in silver. this is amazing because it takes so little to make things a lot better. everyone used to absorb colloids and ions of silver every day by handling dimes and quarters, etc, made of 90% silver. it would be interesting to correlate the rise of diseases with the decrease of silver in circulation. i used to see mercury dimes in circulation all the time when i was a child. not only was i getting Iodine in my bread and dairy, i was getting plenty of silver(my dad worked at a bank at that time and i was collecting coins). back on point, i went through a period when it seemed that a lot of old wounds and other damage was being revisited and had many scars just go away, so i know it does repair.
