In these situations I've found that it helps to dive into foods that are on the candida diet and eat and eat and eat like crazy. Sometimes it's the feeling of being deprived of what others are enjoying that is so tough. But once you get full from stuffing on non-candida foods, you will lose interest in eating anything else, regardless of what food it is. Also, if something goes wrong and you eat something off the diet, I think it's important to forgive yourself and remember that tomorrow is another day, and you that will begin again then.
