I've been baking a lot with sourdough. I add Lugols to breads, muffins, waffles, pancakes, cookies etc. Little kids get 2 drops in a tiny glass of juice. Big kids wonder why I'm suddenly pushing waffles like an insurance salesman. ("Take one to eat in the car!")
