pine bark extract and/or grapeseed extract, both internally and topically. both of these have blood building and circulation boosting compounds. you can get cream with pine bark extract in it. i know of one woman who used the internal/topical approach with pine bark successfully to treat spider veins.

they are great for your heart and blood health, regardless of how it affects your spider veins.
