Is there a cure for SAD?
I know someone who suffers from SAD, and we live up where there is a lot of rain.
Is there a cure for this ? I can only think of the Litebook, but since I've never used it, I'm wondering if it is really as effective as advertised ? Any input or feedback would be greatly appreciated. thanks very much
