It probably is a sinus condition. The sinus cavity is from the foreha=ead to the jaw and the ears are effected too.
These are just ideas. It's gotta be the sinus cavity, but it could have something with thyroid gland in the neck, maybe also an infection caused by teeth or Amalgam dental fillings.
