What then are spider bites? I have been bitten three times by brown recluse spiders (or so I thought, and I DID see the spiders two of the times) - the most recent only a couple of weeks ago. The first time I used mainstream medicine with less than happy results (a botched procedure that left me semi-crippled for a few months).

The last two times I have handled it myself with much better results.
