Here's a pic of my left forearm. The skin is totally smooth, bumps gone now. However, the red spots remain. I will be painting with a diluted solution of Lugol's to see how it resolves the red spots (oil pulling got rid of the bumps themselves). I will post new pics as the red spots resolve.
