i suggest getting everything moving down and out instead of coming in through the back door, so to speak. i highly recommend MH's LBB. get a a couple or three bottles and get a deal on them. you need to take it for about a year for full effect anyway.

do the Iodine orally and just take it slow and build. thats what works, faster for some than others.
