I can’t give you much help to your pressing issues, but I have noticed after a Fast some foods don’t sit well with me. I.e. Beans, Nuts, Peanut Butter, Oils, potatoes, basically anything that can grow something. I really believe that’s very unsafe. Fasting is best done IMO for short periods and I would ALWAYS keep myself well hydrated as it’s dangerous not to. Best way to lose weight? Do colon cleansing, eat fewer carbs and less fat, and don’t overdo the healthy, light food you are left with. I have used probiotics for years but found that goat’s milk yogurt works for me so I rarely use them. Many people are allergic to cow’s milk so if you have allergies it’s best to avoid it. I practice sungazing and find it very nice. It has been difficult to do here due to the mountains and short season, but it *is* dooable. After a session, it feels like my density lightens and that I am more ”cloud like.” Like the desity is evaporating, if that makes sense?
