Detoxing before the dental work would be a waste of time because you wouldn't have eliminated the source.

Your symptoms have been mentioned in connection a couple of things.

Candida - especially if you've been on Antibiotics .

Lyme disease - You don't have to have been bitten by a tick.

Your best bet might be to get tested to pinpoint the problem. One way would be to seek out a live blood analysis microscoptic technician who will be able to see what is in your blood (Candida, or parasites etc.). You can find one in your area by doing a google for "live blood analysis"

i noticed that you said the cilantro REALLY made you feel bad. you are detoxing for sure, and cilantro really works for me, too. i feel like a truck ran over me when i take it.

you have gotten good advice here, but the problem is one of balance. get in tune with your body. make sure you are drinking plenty of distilled water. make sure your diet is all organic, fresh and raw, because fluoride from pesticides, fertilizers, scotchguard, teflon pans, anywhere will help the mercury cross the blood/brain barrier. take some cascara sagrada to keep your elimination flowing. eat some whey protein, too, for the chelated mercury to bind to. i like brewers yeast as well for the B vitamins.

with all of this, just adjust the amount of chelating agents to a tolerable level and wait it out. you have made lots of progress, according to your numbers. eating cilantro is the best way to tell if youre clean, cause if youre not, youll feel it.

i agree with you - the sooner you get this stuff out of your body, the quicker you will get better. but beware, for there are other environmental dangers that you may still have trouble with, like the fluoride i mentioned. i got rid of flouride before the mercury and it made a huge difference. once i knew i had no more fluoride in my system(it stores in the thyroid), i then knew that wasnt all and focused on the mercury. oh, happy day when i did that. anyway, this world is toxic beyond belief, thanks to greedy people, so you must work diligently to get your inside clean and keep it that way. you are on the perfect path for that. better to pay with some discomfort now than to pay with horrible pain and a miserable premature death later.

I did stop the homeopathics for a week so (more due to slacking off than anything else); I have a hard time correlating the way I feel with what I take etc, but looking back I thought I felt worse when I got back on them about 10 days ago.

Anyways I think the detoxosode dentals is the one running the show (chelating) because my doctor put me on the other two about 2 weeks before my Amalgam removal;

Also the way I see is that if your dentist did a good job removing the amalgams, you should have no more mercury in ur blood stream than what u did before ur remove its source (amalgam).
Being in the homeopathics will certainly shake ur system up a bit and might put heavy metals from other locations into the blood stream too fast, causing some unwanted symptoms.
If you feel good without homeopathics (specially dentals) that could mean that perhaps your heavy metal concentration isnt too high (can be tested) and your system can naturally remove them with time.

I have heard good things about chlorella but I have not use it

find a balance. i dont think you can avoid the effects of detoxing totally, but you can fine tune it to be managable. the idea is to make sure that what you are loosening up from the tissues gets flushed out of your system. the proteins, etc are for the freed mercury to attach to so it will go into the loo. the chelators loosen up the mercury. the water and bowel stimulators keep the flow going down and out. the other supplements help protect your system from damage from the mercury as it is moving about.

since everyone is different, and since medical Science is about money instead of doing difinitive studies on things like this, it is up to each individual to develope their own protocol within the parameters set forth by your body and its reaction to all of these agents and processes. you, and only you can do this.

i think your greatest enemy is fear. you feel bad because of what has happened, not whats happening now. learn and learn and learn. knowledge cures fear. trust yourself. trust your body. the worst is over. you are no longer being poisoned. you will only get better from now on. you really should be celebrating instead of worrying. stress is a killer, you know! lol have fun with it as much as you can. you will not have to go through this again, thank god. and it will not cause an even bigger problem like cancer later on. that would be a nightmare! but even so, what you are doing now is part of the cure for that too. you are arming yourself with confidence and control over your health. i am truly happy for you.

I recommend seperating your vitamins. NO multivitamins. Avoid any vitamins from the sea(kelp,chlorella) I am suspicious of all Calcium supplements as most are made from something from the sea such as coral calcium,dolomite and oyster shells, and may contain mercury. Some minerals may not agree with you and should be taken only once a week.

I haven’t read the replies but I’m sure there’s some good info in there and perhaps your frustrations have already been addressed.

Yes, there's going to be conflicting advice on message boards. We are just regular people with different philosophies and intuitions about things. I’m sorry to say this type of stuff (amalgam replacement, detox/nutritional therapy, etc) is still in a bit of a rogue state with varying beliefs on what works best. And admittedly, many times the same ingredients may not work the same or as effectively for everyone. But the protocols and methodology are sound. Protect, Enable, Detox/Chelate (in that order) is how I see it. What you choose to accomplish this can vary.

You’re going to have to educate yourself as much as possible, and based on what feels right and sounds logical to you, make the best decision for yourself. We’ve all had to face that challenge here. If something is not working, try and re-experiment, but don’t give up. I personally really try to research the Science of it all and be very weary/careful with the fad-like exploitation BS remedies out there. And believe me there’s some of that going on, and that hurts the cause.

From some of your answers it sounds like you and a knowledgeable Dentist took precautions before and during removal, which is great! Well done. That’s half the battle, and despite how you feel now, you would have felt doubly worse (in my opinion) had you gone to a generalist. BTW, Did you holistic dentist recommend anything?

You are correct in that you really don’t want to “chelate” while Amalgams are still in your mouth. However, during this period, you want to ramp-up your body’s detoxification and protection abilities but limit mobilization. There’s a big difference between chelating versus enabling your body to detox and protect itself. The body will chelate naturally on its own without aids so the 1st step is to help this process along by putting in some protective/enabling mechanisms, as well as using some binding agents to carry the Hg out. I think it was a mistake to stop (if indeed that’s what you did) any protection/enabling methods because you misunderstood them as “chelation”.

Chlorella, all the sulfur-bearing substances, the amino acids, and the antioxidants are not chelators really. Although they attach to Hg molecules, it is typically only with the ones that are free-floating in your blood, cells, and intestines that your body has mobilized on its own or had an increased exposure from (amalgam removal). They basically help protect and enable your body’s natural detoxification pathways. Chlorella just sits in your gut and waits for Hg to be dumped. It then binds and carries it out. This is IMMENSLY important since 80-90%of Hg is eliminated through your stool. Take this away and your body re-absorbs Hg.

If you’re having problems with Chlorella, you can buy the broken cell version or take enzymes with cellulase. Or, you can also try another green food like Algin (some people have reported success with it), although I have no experience with that one specifically. Another colon detoxifier is the Bentonite clay. Taken by itself, or used with the famous P&B shakes work quite well while detoxifying Hg because you have to drink lots of water and the bulking agent acts like pipe cleaner moving metal toxins that accumulate on the sides of your intestines out of your body.

Sorry this all so confusing. I wish I could help more other than saying “don’t give up”. I think you’re (and definitely were) on the right path though. If you have problems, try to find another way or alternate way of taking/doing the same thing. I do empathize with your situation, but if you keep helping your body along, I promise you, you will feel better eventually.
