BTW I am taking Dr. Schulze Superfood, MSM, coconut oil, Realsalt in my distilled water (for minerals),Dr. Christopher's original formula for herbal calcium (made by MH) and some green type drink as my daily vitamins. Whole food sources are by far the best!
