you were. i know i was.

the bloating is probably candida. mercury is notorious for facilitating a yeast bloom that you cant get rid of till the mercury is gone. eat pineapple. they are in season still for the next few months. nothing better than the bromelein enzymes in pineapple and no better way to get it than to eat fresh and raw. let it get good and ripe and chew on the core - more of the enzymes are there. tons of vit C too.
